I started this boat with my father back in 2016, I think. The plans for this came from a book called Building the Uqbar Dinghy.

I pulled the boat back out of storage in 2025. It's pretty small, pretty janky, and . I wanted something better so I decided to extend it with a new bow.

Made a trip to the hardware store for some marine grade plywood. It took a while to make the shape I wanted.

As was the theme for this project, I cut and sanded and smoothed it to shape it
